Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of various conditions that often involve the pelvis and pelvic floor, including bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with intercourse, diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic/hip/low back pain.
Sherry will balance any areas of tightness and/or weakness that may impact your pregnancy and birth. Sherry also offers a prenatal session with your birth partner to review positions and pain management options.
Providing you and your birth partner with the support and education you need to prepare for parenthood with her online childbirth course. This also includes information to help you have a more comfortable pregnancy and heal faster postpartum.
Providing you and your birth partner with physical and emotional support during your birth and for 1 hour after. Included is a prenatal and postnatal visit.
For all your orthopaedic concerns, from ankle sprains and shoulder tendonitis to back pain, sciatica, and neck pain. I help find and address the root cause of your pain to help you achieve your goals.

Hi there, I'm Sherry.
I’ve been a practicing physiotherapist since 2009 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
I take pride in my work and am passionate about empowering and helping individuals achieve their activity and wellness goals. I’m a highly trained, registered Physiotherapist and provide an array of comprehensive services within my field. I have a special interest and extra training in pelvic floor physiotherapy and pain management. Within pelvic floor physiotherapy I can effectively treat conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, persistent back/hip/pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, and prenatal/postnatal preparation and recovery.
I use an integrative approach with hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic movement, and education to help facilitate the healing process and give my clients the necessary tools to help them on their healing journey. If you are needing some assistance then I am here to support and encourage you.
On a more personal note, I am married to a supportive husband with two beautiful little girls and I enjoy camping, cottaging, reading and yoga :)
